However, we understand that sometimes a dress might not be the perfect fit – whether literally or stylistically. Our returns policy is designed to be as effortless as slipping into one of our A-line dresses.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Non-Returnable: Corset dresses (due to hygiene reasons)

Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return (helps us serve you better!)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please note we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form we provide. Ship to:

Important: For exchanges, please clearly indicate your new size preference. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days with the same shipping method as your original order
You’ll receive an email notification when your refund is processed or your exchange is shipped.
Special Considerations
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our corset dresses unless they arrive faulty or not as described. All other dress styles (A-line, backless, bodycon, long sleeve, and strapless) are eligible for returns.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
